I agree that Joseph has the right to cancel my payments and membership at any time at his discretionif he feels I am not a positive infulence on his members or that if he feels the programme is not right for me. 

I further acknowledge that I am a healthy individual and am physically & psychologically fit to fully participate in the programme. I know of no reason, nor have I been informed by my doctor or psychologist of any reason, why my participation in this programme would do me harm of any nature.

I understand  that although this programme may raise emotional issues, it not intended to provide a therapeutic environment or be a substitute for on going medical advice form a qualified medical practitioner, counseling or psychotherapy and that any unresolved issues that may surface and which may warrant medical treatment , counseling or psychology, will be at my own risk.

I understand that neither Joseph Clough or his staff will be making any judgment as to my fitness to participate in this programme.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understood this agreement. I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Joseph Clough, his programme Complete Life Mastery, his representatives and employees for any loss or damage I may suffer in any way associated with my participation in the monthly programme.

I am fully aware and agree to signing up for the Joseph's Complete Life Mastery Programme and that if I do not cancel after my 5 day trial (to see if its right for me) I understand I will then be charged £27.99 at the end of the five days trial period and charged the amount of £27.99 at each month to remain a member of the programme.

I understand everything about the product as described above and I am ready to enrol TODAY. I also understand and agree to all other Terms and Conditions detailed on this page and I will be kind and polite to all other members.
